Built in 2023, the property offers approximately 80 m² of living space and is set on a generous private plot of approximately 1,390 m², surrounded by mature olive trees and enjoying an open, peaceful setting with views towards the surrounding countryside and mountains. The house has been designed entirely on one level, providing comfortable and practical everyday living without stairs. The interior consists of a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main living space is characterised by its impressive exposed wooden ceiling and beams, which add warmth and traditional Cretan character to an otherwise contemporary interior. Large openings provide plenty of natural light and direct access to the outdoor terrace. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, featuring ample storage, integrated appliances and a central island, while the adjoining dining and living areas create a comfortable and welcoming space for both everyday living and entertaining. Both bedrooms continue the warm architectural character of the property with exposed wooden ceilings, while built-in wardrobes provide practical storage. The bathroom is finished in a contemporary style and features a walk-in shower. The residence is presented in excellent condition and is equipped with air conditioning, aluminium window and door frames, insect screens, tiled floors and security cameras, making it suitable for immediate year-round use. Outdoor Areas & Development Potential. One of the property’s greatest advantages is the size and potential of its 1,390 m² plot. The residence occupies only a small part of the land, leaving a substantial outdoor area with mature olive trees and plenty of possibilities for further landscaping and development. According to the available information, the property benefits from approximately 320 m² of remaining building allowance, offering considerable flexibility for a future owner wishing to expand the existing residence or potentially create additional independent accommodation, subject to the necessary permits and approvals. The generous plot also provides ample space for the construction of a private swimming pool, landscaped gardens, shaded seating areas, outdoor dining spaces or other recreational facilities. This combination makes the property particularly interesting not only as a private residence, but also for buyers considering a larger holiday home or an investment project with further development potential.
