ITEA FOKIDAS PLOT 300 sq.m., 100 m from the sea, rectangular, buildable, with 10 m frontage on a main road. This is an excellent plot within the plan, in the heart of the city, in the market, in public services, in banks and in all points of interest. It is clearly demarcated and is located very close to the marina of Itea. The buildable plots in the area are not in such a privileged position as this particular one, which constitutes an investment opportunity for the construction of a hotel, accommodation, private residence or even a building for professional use. The area has biological treatment, excellent urban planning, and the commercial and tourist development of the area is taking place at a healthy and steady pace. Itea is a coastal town in the Regional Unit of Phocis, it is the second largest city in Phocis and the seaport of Amfissa, and contains the largest port in all of Phocis. It is an important commercial and tourist hub with its port and marina serving both commercial sailings and cruise ships as well as private boats. Itea has a population of 4,546 permanent residents according to the 2021 census. Together with Kirra and Tritaia, they form the municipal unit of Itea of the Municipality of Delphi. It is located in the Krisaios Gulf (or Gulf of Itea), on the northern coast of the Corinthian Gulf. Behind the city stretches the Krisaios Plain, with Giona and Parnassos as a backdrop, on the slopes of which Delphi and Chryssos can be seen. From the beach of Itea, looking towards the sea, one can see Galaxidi, as well as the Peloponnese. It is approximately 13 km. S.-SE. of Amfissa, 17 km. N.-NE. of Galaxidi, 17 km. SW. of Delphi, 25 km. from Arachova and 48 km. from the Parnassos ski resort, points with which it is connected by road.
