The powerhouse with smart integration for your sound system
The MATCH UP 8DSP MK2 combines a powerful 8-channel Class GD amplifier with an integrated 9-channel DSP, delivering power and dynamics for an outstanding hi-fi upgrade while maintaining clean, OEM-friendly integration in the vehicle. In the MK2 generation, the concept has been further refined and adds key updates with a USB-C port and the Extension Card 2.0 slot for contemporary, expandable system integration.
Seamless integration and strong performance in a compact format
For optimal integration into existing factory systems, the UP 8DSP MK2 provides six highlevel inputs to tap the OEM speaker signals (including ADEP.3 for reliable interfacing with many factory head units), plus an optical digital input for integrating digital sources.
On the output side, it offers eight amplifier channels: 6 x 65 Watts RMS @ 4 Ω as well as two powerful subwoofer outputs with up to 2 x 90 / 160 Watts RMS @ 4 / 2 Ω maximum output power, combined with 9 processed DSP channels for precise signal processing and flexible sound tuning.
This combines performance and connectivity in a compact, space-saving design and adds further expandability in the MK2 generation: the new Extension Card 2.0 slot is included, a revised expansion system with a screw-secured plastic cover and cross-series compatibility. This allows modular expansion of the system integration when required, for example with Bluetooth® HD or additional analog or digital inputs. The USB-C port also enables modern access via DSP PC-Tool.
ACO – Advanced 32 Bit CoProcessor platform
Of course, the UP 8DSP MK2 is equipped with our proprietary 32 Bit ACO platform, which doesn’t just take over all control tasks ultra-fast, but also handles a bunch of audio functions: fantastic sound effects such as Augmented Bass Processing or RealCenter are implemented as well as a channel-separated Input EQ including Advanced Input Signal Analyzer (AISA) for easy analysis and compensation of input signals of OE radios, which already include a sound setup by default.
DSP PC-Tool 6 feat. TuneEQ – Powerful features for the ultimate sound experience
Of course, the MATCH UP 8DSP MK2 can be easily configured via our professional and exceptionally intuitive DSP PC-Tool 6. The familiar, numerous setting options leave nothing to be desired and guarantee an extremely precise sound adjustment even for complex system configurations. And thanks to the new, proprietary TuneEQ 2.0 as well as TuneToTarget functions for automated frequency response correction, you also save a lot of time when optimizing your sound.
Virtual Channel Processing – this is how signal routing works today
The optimal adaptation to existing multi-channel sound systems requires sensible management and configuration of the many DSP channels. Especially when front, rear and center systems are split into multi-way systems, conventional routing concepts quickly reach their limits, both in terms of implementation and usability. The multi-stage "Virtual Channel Processing", in conjunction with the recognized user-friendly DSP PC-Tool software makes it easy to map even highly complex system configurations and to freely assign our proprietary FX sound features. Additionally, thanks to its generous number of channels in combination with the optional Extension Card 2.0 – ANALOG IN the UP 8DSP MK2 is also a prime example for applications where 1 to 1 routing (IOR) makes sense.
