Overall length: 180mm. Weight: 210 gram. Insulated pliers made conform IEC 60900DIN; EN 60900 and VDE 0680. Individually tested at 10.000V to ensure safe working up to 1000 Volts. With knurled screw and locknut adjustable insulation stripper. Strips single; multiple and multiple fine stranded wires. The joint is bolted for a zero backlash operation. Manufactured from special forged tool steel that is multi-stage oil hardened. Cutting edges of the shear blade are additionally precision induction hardened to approx. 60 HRC and will cut cables up to 15mm diameter with 5 x 2.5mm copper wire. Comes with multi-component grips; a polished head and is chrome plated.
