It's made from 40x2mm tubes used in cage construction. Mounting holes must be cut out, which we've tried to capture in the photos to make installation as easy as possible. The kit also includes the necessary screws.
Welded using the MIG/MAG method using specialized welding equipment by an experienced, certified welder. The cup holders themselves are laser-cut and then bent on CNC press brakes. The mounting holes are embossed – all to maximize the durability and functionality of this product. In the final production phase, our product is powder-coated black, ensuring a stunning finish that complements any body color.
