Περιγραφή
Purchased new (1 owner) from a Yamaha dealership in Crete in August 2021. Full service book. ECU has the latest official software update (flashed by the dealership).
The bike has been extensively upgraded with high-quality parts from the USA, Italy, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Japan and the UK. Every bolt has been torqued to specification and secured with Loctite where required.

The bike is in very good condition with no mechanical issues. Anti-wheelie mode has been left enabled at all times, so there is no damage to the front suspension or anything else. There are a few micro-scratches in the clearcoat from normal road use — they are almost invisible and polish out easily.
Included extras:
· Brand-new Puig Beam 2.0 auxiliary light kit (see last photo for reference — never fitted due to lack of time). The lights can be mounted on the Puig frame protection for a more aggressive look, better rider visibility and enhanced illumination of the road.
· K&N Stage 1 air filter
· Enhanced front sprocket (original gearing)
This is my third MT-09 project in the last ten years. The single best upgrade on this bike is the Woodcraft clip-ons. Optimal lowering was achieved with handlebar clamps from a Tracer. The riding position is more aggressive and weight is transferred to the front without being low enough to cause wrist pain. Combined with the Gilles rearsets, foot position is excellent as they can be customised to achieve proper body geometry with the handlebars. Counter-steering response is sharper, wind blasts are reduced with air being directed over the helmet, and cornering feel is dramatically improved — especially with the Road 6 tyres. The overall package feels more planted, controlled and refined than stock. The extra heavy bar inserts further improve comfort as they virtually eliminate vibration at the hands, far more effectively than standard bar-ends.
The CRG Arrow mirrors fold down in seconds and lock securely for parking or filtering. Even when lowered they cannot contact the tank, regardless of bar position. Every detail has been carefully thought out.
The horn (currently visible from the front) can be relocated inside the Puig cover below the headlight without modifying the wiring. This cleans up the front end and frees space for a steering damper if desired.
Original parts included (Complete original exhaust, handlebars and clamps). Simply swap the Tracer clamps back for the stock ones if you prefer a higher bar position or different geometry.
