HYDRAULIC FORK CARTRIDGE MATRIS F15K
The fork kit F15K sets a new standard and quality level on the market. Hydraulic fork cartridge kit that completely replace all the existing fork internals. It allows to modify a conventional non-adjustable fork in a fully-adjustable fork, offering Spring Preload and separate functions of Compression and Rebound asymmetric adjustments, as in a sports fork type, for a greater custom setting. The F15K can be set-up much more accurately for each rider, making the fork more precise, more adjustable, more easier to use … better in every regard.
• Fork cartridge cylinder D.20 mm in Alu alloy, with lapping and oxidation surface treatment.
• Pumping rod D.12 mm in Alu alloy Al 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.
• Set of Compression and Rebound D.20 mm valves, supported by oilless slide bearings, machined from Aluminium billet, with its own dedicated shims stack for a total hydraulic flows control.
• Anti-cavitation valve sets. All internal and external Aluminium components are supplied with anodizing surface treatment.
• The fork kit is fully reversible.
• No modification to the original fork is required for assembly the fork kit and is completely overhauled for a proper and regular maintenance. Fork kit supplied with specific fluid (Motorex Fork Oil).

REAR MONOSHOCK ABSORBER MATRIS M46K
Shock absorber for sport and naked bikes. Computerized engineering systems are used to designe, project and produce all the components and only materials of high-end technical and mechanical characteristics are used. High precision machining with the objective of reducing weight and friction to improve sliding, high temperature stability, fine damping adjustment to ensure greatest sensivity and confidence to the rider (the difference in damping is easily perceptible with every click adjustment ).
Ideal for road and sport use (track day) without forgetting the Matris “look”.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Two-way adjustable hydraulic shock .
Separate pressurized expansion tank (Nitrogen gas N2) with fully floating piston connected with a flexible hose in steel braid, coated.
The cylinders are made from Alu alloy (Al 7075).
Main piston D.46 mm with flow dynamics specially designed for better control of the suspension movements.
Piston shaft D.16 mm made from high tensile alloy Steel, hard Chrome coatted.
Idraulic spring preload with flex tube
Fully re-buildable and re-valveable.
Spring in Cr-Mb alloy Steel, available in different rates (based on the bike model and rider weight).
All components, machined from Alu alloy, are with anodizing treatment.
